BLS signature scheme standard draft-00 submitted
Standard draft-00 for the BLS signature scheme has been submitted. The draft was developed by Sergey Gorbunov, Zhenfei Zhang, and Hoeteck Wee in collaboration with Dan Boneh from Stanford University to help standardize the signature scheme across blockchains.
