AlgoKit CLI v2.10.0 final release replaces nginx proxy with EnablePrivateNetworkAccessHeader for algod interaction

Covered by 2 sources

AlgoKit CLI v2.10.0 is now the stable release, replacing the beta published earlier the same day. The update replaces the nginx proxy container with the EnablePrivateNetworkAccessHeader feature for interacting with algod in LocalNet, adds a new flag to control image update checks, and reduces the frequency of those checks to speed up start and reset times.

The conduit importer change, described in merged PR #700, moves the LocalNet setup to a dedicated conduit algod importer using EnablePrivateNetworkAccessHeader rather than the previous nginx proxy approach. The image update checks run less often, which shortens both initial start and reset cycles. Documentation updates accompanied the release, fixing typos and removing obsolete information.
