xGov-31 adds arbitrary decimal precision to the Algorand Virtual Machine

xGov-31 proposes adding opcodes for exponential, logarithmic, and power functions to the Algorand Virtual Machine, along with decimal float types to support higher-precision calculations. The proposal was posted on 3 July 2023. The added types would support applications such as smart treasuries that require more complex mathematical and financial operations than the existing integer-based opcodes provide.
