xGov-28 proposes a Solana Virtual Machine rollup on Algorand, enabling Solana programs to run on the network

xGov-28 introduces a plan for Eclipse to deploy a rollup on Algorand that uses the Solana Virtual Machine as its execution layer and Algorand's in-house Data Availability solution. The result is a first rollup on the network that would allow Solana programs to deploy directly on Algorand.

The proposal is structured as a technical roadmap for this integration.
