Algorand protocol updated to version 3.7.2
Algorand updated both MainNet and TestNet to version 3.7.2 on 14 June 2022. The release brings bandwidth optimizations for non-participating nodes and upgrades the Go runtime to 1.17.
The update also adds support for building from source on M1 Macs and introduces a new flag to enable checksum and signature verification for the updater archive.
